Our Origin
Nkunzi Manufacturing was founded in 2019 by Professional Civil Engineering Construction Manager Kobus Kunz with a clear mission:
To resolve the critical reliability and efficiency issues inherent in conventional bulk liquid transport and storage.
While the company's initial idea explored rainwater harvesting, our path quickly shifted to address a greater need - the safe transport of expensive liquid assets, such as high-grade liquid fertilizers, industrial and mining chemicals.
The name, Nkunzi, is the Zulu word for "Bull, fully grown male bovine," a powerful motif that defines our brand’s personality: leadership, dominance, courage, fearless and wealth. It is a commitment that we embed into the structural integrity of every container we manufacture.

Nkunzi Manufacturing is primarily a B2B manufacturer. We are specialists in rotational moulding, producing seamless LLDPE containers that offer an engineered alternative to fragile IBCs, expensive FRP, and high-maintenance stainless steel ISO tanks.
Our containers are designed for longevity (10-year lifespan) and maximum operational efficiency, a necessity for the highly technical audience of Logistics Managers and Supply Chain Directors we serve in the agricultural, mining, and industrial sectors.
